Can I use the new images from season 3 trailers to make my video? Is that ok?

I would say yes but put a warning on the description after September Contest entry - (contains season 3 footage) or something.

You certainly can. You could put a spoiler warning in your vid summary, but in general it's ok to use promo stuff or trailers.

god only knows what mines doing! I think I'll submit star are blind and i'm a bomb as a separate videos and keep my latest one for the contest. It kicks ass!

My current work-in-progress is Teardrop by Massive Attack, and I think now it's close to being finished, I can reveal the subject of it - I've decided to do a 'Seven Deadly Sins' of Lost video. I should be finishing it soon, if I get the clips I've requested in the clips forum (if anyone knows where I can get flashback clips of Sawyer from Confidence Man, please go and have a look at my post), so once I have, I'll submit it. If I don't finish it before the end of the month, I'm entering Nobody's Home.
