PS If you watch this right while you're waking up, as I did, it will annoy you to no end, even as you stare in utter shock and terror.

Wow. That is pretty irritatingly annoying. I'd HATE to be them. I feel so sorry for them.

(Even though they're just actors in the commercial and can't hear or see any of that)

A few thoughts:

A.) Are the yellow droplet people supposed to be the personification of your body telling you to get up and go to the bathroom?

B.) My Sawyer-esque (in additude, not conning) great-grandmother used to say "you can sleep when you are dead"- but thats not the best way to sell coffee...I dont think...

C.) Why how and what. It pains me to know of the struggling ad agencies and that THIS ONE got picked for "best idea".

I wanted to pull a Vyvyan Bastard (obligatory britcom reference for Pauly; just meeting my daily quota) on the computer for that.

Keep in mind that I am not a morning person, and I first watched it at 8 am, so it automatically flipped the kill switch.

And yes, I get how they're trying to be subversively creepy/funny with it. For me, it doesn't work at all. Just my opinion, but it inspired RAGE!, so I had to share.

It wasn't funny, just odd, in a stupid way, not a good way.

That was the most hilarious commercial I've ever seen

They perfectly outlined the awful morning feeling, making fun of the morning people at the same time heheh. Totally effective.
