Lost Video Island

Just saw it today.
It was alright, never saw the original, yet I doubt it would be as good.
It was fun though. Well...at least Emmy Rossum was hot! and Josh Lucas was pretty good. Well if you saw The Perfect Storm, it felt pretty much like that, cause to me I have absolutely no emotional attachments to the characters, so it's all about the actions, which kind of fell short of expectations. Maybe it's biased but MI3 is way better than this....I guess if you guys don't get your hope up too high, it should be alright.

Hmm, so it was only good cos of the action scenes, not the characters?...Damn.

I think what made the original so great was that you felt for all the characters, and that some of them changed over the journey. You've gotta see the original, Nate.

i'll probably still see this even though I don't think it's gonna be as good as the original... is it true to the original Nate or have they changed a lot????

YAY i get a Da Vinci Code preview next week too... and the best part is.. it comes out a day earlier for us.. since all our movies open on Thursdays instead of Fridays

I might try to get the original DVD. And I thought the action scenes in this one are kind of mediocre. Not totally kick ass like MI3.

I relaly enjoyed it!

I went expecting the worst but was pleasantly surrised. Excellent popcorn flick

I thought you cold attached to the characters. I know I saw someone crying when Kurt Russel died.

Speaking of which... anyone else this was VERY graphic for being PG-13? So many bodies. and Kurt Russel suffocating and dieing was creepy.
