I need help! I'm trying to put a vid on the website but every pictrue I try n use it says it doesn't work what pictures to do guys use xx

Is it a jpg file? If it's something else, like bmp, then re-open it with Photoshop or something and save it as Whatever it is then .jpg at the end. But if it's not that, the picture might be too big, it has to be under 20 KB, and should be 201x113 pixels.
