Apparently it's going to be about Kirk and Spock's introduction into Starfleet Academy. I can't believe they would get Shatner and Nimoy back considering it is in their younger days.. I wonder who they are gonna cast though?

Traditionally the odd number Trek films were a bit lackluster (with the exception of VI and VII ), but this is a good find and interesting to hear that JJ will be doing Trek XI. I thought there wasn't going to be any more films even though I believe the "Next Gen" cast is supposed to be signed on for 2 more.

IMO they're both just as good, season one is better at some things and season two is better at others. In the end they're each kinda different but equally good.
