Lost Video Island

hello! I'm trying to submit my first video here...(well, first submission here but not my first video I've made :p)

anywhoo...
I've got everything all layed out, vid description...size, title, length, link, everything! but it won't accept any image I try to submit with it, and it won't let me NOT submit an image. it says it has to be a JPEG. I have photo impact pro and tried saving it in the like...12 different kinds of jpegs you can save it as. it just keeps saying this:

Your image file wasn't a jpeg file. It was a image/jpg.

wtf???? rawr!!!! this is the image I want to use:

does anyone know how to make it the correct file type? and if the can can they post a link to it and then tell me how they did it!!!

Are you sending it in as http://photobucket.com/albums/y40/digit_7766/Misc/?action=view&current=lightningcrashes.jpg or are you saving the direct link t othe image: http://photobucket.com/albums/y40/digit_7766/Misc/?action=view&current=lightningcrashes.jpg ?

That might be the problem

I click "browse" and then go through my files and select the saved image. I've tried saving it as different weird versions of a jpeg and I've tried saving it as an html. I tried putting the link directly to the photobucket image and nothing seems to work.

This should work:

save that file to your computer and try that. Whatever image program you're using SAYS it's saving as JPG, but it really isn't

try a different image prgram for converting or something.

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong! Dangit, this is JUST like at the EZBoard, I could never get a damn image into my signature I had to have someone do it for me RAWR.

Well, I have no idea what to do now.

it worked when I uploaded that picture and tried it out

hmmmm.... I'll talk to Enchirito and see if hee knows what's wrong.

maybe I'm just doing something really retarded....

I click on that link you have there. Right click on the pic, and save it to my computer. Then I fill out all the feilds for my submission and click "Browse" for the image. I select the pic I just saved to my computer and try to sumbit the video. Then that message pops up!

Am I missing a step?

I feel like I'm being hecka annoying with this but I really enjoy this site and people always tell me to submit my videos...
