Hey, I know them crazy words!

I think that's a great idea to collect info in one place so that it can be found when you need it. Y'all have NO idea how hard it can be to find some of these things out, especially if you've got WMM dying on you and a vid stuck in a final stage but can't be rendered!

Okay, so maybe you DO know.

Too funny, Vicky! But like you NEED those, girl? Piffle. Yes, I said piffle.

Ahem. Sorry. Back on topic. I'll be glad to help however I can. I mean, I've got all this useless info stuck in my brain now. Might as well jot it down before it causes my head to explode or something, right?

Ew. That's kinda icky. Sorry.

Maybe I'm just not that bright, but where's the guide on that link? lol
But wow, there are a lot of extra transitions and effects there! Hmmm... maybe we need a guide for those too...

Hey Hobbes, nice work editing the post for the guide I did.

Here is the guide that fallen_angel was referring to for WMM2 (as I followed a few links in that jumbled mess at that site .

Thanks and thanks for that guide link. It's realyl unorganized though, and most of it is useless information, so I'd rather go with the one Aislynn is making right now. her's is right to the point, and... come on! It's Aislynn

Sorry if I came off as ungrateful I didn't mean to. Thanks for giving us that link, it's really interesting to see what the WMM site came up with. If it weren't for the fact that Aislynn was already making one, then I would definitely want to use that, as unorganized as Microsoft is And as Aislynn said, the mroe help the merrier

*blush!*

Thank you. I'm certainly trying my best to compile all of the hundreds of bits of info I've gathered from all over the place into one, easy to understand, hopefully helpful WMM guide. I guess we'll see, huh?

I've certainly fought with WMM enough, so I might not be queen of it, but I'm something!

Just in case anybody wondered what happened to my WMM guide... It's still in progress. I'm trying to make it detailed but not hard to understand, thorough but not a 400 page manual, and something that will be helpful to both total newcomers and people who've fought with WMM for a while.

So, keep watching for "A Practical Vidder's Guide To Windows Movie Maker" -- it'll be here...eventually...
