Yes, we've beeen hacked again. But thanks to our expert webmaster Enchirito (and no thanks to our hosting provider....) LVI is back up and free of the hacker's attack! Rejoice!
We've determined that this was probably caused by an intrusion through the PHP boards (forums), where the hacker then used an automated worm to modify most of the scripts on LVI to input a small advertisement, and attempt to steal LVI's traffic. This weird code messed up the forums and caused a crash.
Though this is an unfortunate happening, especially so close to the holidays, at least we can be thankful that no data was destroyed and LVI is still intackt. It looks like in this case, the hacker's intent was to use LVI's high traffic scores to implant a link to his advertising, and take the traffic for himself. I doubt this is a targetting situation, but probably just one of many sites jumped on that had some security flaw that allowed the hacker to do his work.
We are now currently working on further increasing the web security of LVI, and HOPEFULLY we will never have to deal with anythign like this again. Anyway, thanks for sticking with us, and rejoice, because LVI is back up and not going down without a fight

Nah the LVI Bot wasn't trolling. It's just that in a vid thread a troll quoted the LVI Bot and said something like "Wow. That is so true."
