Any of these should work for downloading (though keep in mind that most of them can't be used as primary links for future vids -- http://www.lostvideo.net/hosting_guide.php -- but they're great for secondary links after a vid's on site!

Hopefully one of them should work for you! And you don't have to compress it further unless it's a problem for you to upload it again at the size that it is.

Don't go to any trouble, of course. I'll just watch it on YouTube if you should be *gasp* on dial-up or something like that. (I'd never knowingly ask a dial-upper to have to upload a vid again!
