Gale was one of the highlights of the book for me.

This movie looks really good, I can't wait. I preferred this book to the first one.

I'm a little disappointed that there aren't any (warning, book spoilers!)

Spoiler:

arena scenes... and no Finnick...

but it still looks awesome! Can't wait!!!

I'm thinking they want to leave that a surprise; because I think movies aren't just for the book fans; but for film fans. So I'm thinking they wanted to leave that to surprise people who don't know anything about the books.

I liked the trailer, it didn't tell us too much; just enough to get us to want to see it. I think trailers today reveal too much and often ruin the experience of seeing the actual movies.

I figure they're going to do what the trailer for the first movie did, which was only show scenes up until they enter the arena. I thought that was really awesome and suspenseful!

Yeah I'm not shocked they didn't reveal arena scenes or that they were going back in the arena; it's a smart move. I hate trialers that give too much away.

Totally agree, Brooke.
And it's really frustrating if the trailer turns out to be much better than the movie itself in the end

Which happens a lot. And there's even times when a trailer doesn't give a movie justice and people don't watch it.

Like Hit and Run. The trailer, I didn't want to see it but I was like "oh what the heck" and saw it and really enjoyed it.

I find it interesting that this trailer had so much dialogue and conversation. Most trailers go for the action-in-pacing-with-epic-music route.

I'm excited about this movie (even though the 2nd book was my least favorite of the trilogy)! I really enjoyed the first movie!
