I know I'm late commenting on this late (as usual LOL) but since LOST ended I was wondering what direction LVI would take or if it would stick around.

Ive learned more on this forum than anywhere else and met the best people here, so I'm more than excited to not only see LVI survive LOST but evolve beyond it.

Ais, you helped me when I was making my first foray into vidding after watching fan vids for years and your tuts have been so awesome, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
It was frustrating in the beginning and without you and several others on here I might have stopped altogether before I really got started.

I don't always comment or post a lot but I lurk like hell and read, read, read and enjoy everyone's vids.

I've not been on very often lately mostly because Ive been sick a lot but I will try to get on more and definitely will be adding vids come 2011.

I might even finish some LOST vids that I never completed.
I seemed to have lost (no pun intended) my muse for the show for quite some time. Perhaps it was because it all finally ended LOL.

I look forward to the future!

Thank you so much for all of your really kind words! I've always thought that LVI has one of the best communities around when it comes to friendly, supportive fellow vidders, so I'm always so happy to hear that others think so as well!

I have the rough draft of a non-Lost video that I'm working on (soon to be completed -- a few people know what it's on!)

I would like to post it when it's done. However, I would also like to submit it to the rating system when LVI opens up to non-Lost videos next year. Are we allowed to submit non-Lost videos we already have posted, or should I just wait a month to submit it?

(Yes, that is a subtle hint. The show I picked for my first non-Lost vid should surprise... well, practically nobody who knows me at all.)

About your question... it doesn't matter if you've already posted your vid at Youtube or in your Other Fandom Videos thread (if you don't have one, feel free to make one for yourself, by the way

), whenever we start accepting all fandom vids, it won't matter if your vid is "old" (as in has been posted elsewhere) or "new" (just created and not previously seen by anybody). Once we go multi-fandom, you can go ahead and submitted it officially to us irregardless of when it was made or wherever else it's already been posted.

Or were you asking something else?
