How comes i only got 4 rates (picks) and yet i got the published? I thought it always had to be 5 of them...

Yes, you're right. When a vid gets 5 votes, the site automatically calculates their average and generates a Viewer Pick based on the results. However, if a vid has been on site for a certain length of time and hasn't yet gotten 5 votes, the CMs can manually have the site calculate the average of whatever votes are there and generate a Viewer Pick based on those results. So that's what happened with this particular vid (and all others that had been on site the same amount of time but didn't yet have 5 votes).
