Lost Video Island

I am a LOST on what to do here. I'm trying to make my first video and 2
of the clips are not importing.

A sign keeps popping up when I click on import video or import into collection. It saids "The file is not a supported file type and it cannot be imported into WMM."

These clips are from LOST media. I used a few clips from Josh Holloway and they were imported. JH does not have the clips I want to use. The two clips are Jack raids Sawyer's tent from Confidence Man and the other is Jack asks Sawyer for the case in Whatever The Case May Be.

I need easy suggestions on how to fix this. Thanks.

what format are they in?

My guess is if they're from LM that means they're in Real Media format. RM doesn't work in WMM.

Right, Lost Media mostly has clips in that format. Its extremely hard to convert and basically doesn't work in a lot of vidding programs.

I have those clips though, if you need them.
