Uh, not sure what happened but ever since this weird purpleish highlight showed up on my clips, they've been playing black in the preview window. Can anyone tell me how to take this off?

ahh ok all the clips are working now except two are still black for some reason even when i try to isolate them and click the ! button..?

see all the other clips work and arent black now, minus these two (little one between two jack clips, and the juliet clip), even when ive clicked the button.

hmm...that is weird. i would suggest two things.

1. perhaps you accidentally clicked mute on the video part of the clip? You know how you mute the audio, you do the exact same thing for the clip and it makes it disappear. so see if it's muted, right click and Mute should be in that list. if it has a tick next to it; it's turned on. Turn it off.

2. Replace the clip; just take it out and import it again. That tends to resolve most issues with single clips in Vegas

glad it was easily fixed!
