Didn't like the episode too much. It did cover some good ground, but for some unknown reason, I didn't like it.
Sawyer and Juliet? BOOOOO!!! Seeing them together just didn't fit. I think tonight was the night I realized that I'm a Skater deep down. I didn't really claim any relationship fandom, but I do feel now that Sawyer and Kate are better suited, and same with Jack and Juliet. The two pairs understand each other better. That's just my own opinion though.
I did however, LOVE the ending, the look on Sawyer's face at seeing Hurley was priceless, and I couldn't help but awe at the Skate moment. I think it's too little too late, but I can totally see a Juliet/Kate catfight again.
Good episode, not the best of the season, but good nonetheless.
And I second that....no LOST next week?!?!?!?!?!? NOOOOO!!!
Edit: My prolonged absence from commenting on vids and the show has been due to us getting moved into the new house. Once we're 100% settled I'll be back more often. Still decorating and getting stuff put away.

I feel horrible for Daniel..the scene where he saw Charlotte as a child was heart breaking
I think I'm in love with suliet. They seemed so happy together, but then Kate had to come back and that look Sawyer gave her kind of ruined it ugh. I liked skate and jacket, but at this point I couldn't care less if Kate sticks with Jack. I'm just sick of the love triangle/quadrangle
Wth is next week a repeat?

WOW! Wasn't expecting all that Sulietness! I didn't think I'd like it but actually...they work really well...awwww...but all that stuff Sawyer said about getting over Kate....do you think he meant it? That was sad. LOL is the triangle over now? I doubt it!....haha...I think Kate should just move on to Hurely. _________________
LOL! Maybe Kate could move onto Miles, and Juliet could move onto Daniel, and Jack and Sawyer could hook up and make a lot of Jawyer (Sack? LOL!) fans happy! I mean, goodness, at this point it wouldn't surprise me!!!
I ♥loved♥ the Sulietness... I just hate the complications that brings. Somebody's bound to get hurt. Whether it's Kate or Juliet... one of them is bound for some unpleasantness. I actually kind of wish Sawyer did mean that he was over Kate... and I think he *thought* he meant it, but he also didn't think there was any chance she was coming back.
A lot of people think that Jack and Juliet should be together because they're both doctors and similar types of people, and that Kate and Sawyer should be together because they've both had criminal pasts and understand each other... but I don't know if I believe that. I think sometimes being different is what brings people together. So, I don't know what will happen now, or even what I want to happen. All I know is that I don't want anyone to get hurt. Least of all Juliet... she's already gotten hurt far too many times. _________________

I think Sawyer meant what he said in that he wouldn't care if he never saw Kate again. But unfortunately, she showed up the next day. Ugh... You all are talking about you you've found your true ship, Skate, Suliet, whatever... I don't have a ship on this show anymore. I seriously couldn't care less who Kate ends up with anymore, I'd rather she ended up ALONE, actually. Just to end all the drama and throw everybody off. I think it'd be funny.
...Sorry if I offended anyone, I really don't mean to, I know lots of people like Kate/Skate/Jate. No offense intended!
Otherwise, I really liked the episode. It was cool to see them all in Dharma times and everything! And also, felt REALLY bad for Dan, especially since NO ONE CARED. HELLO?!? His almost-girlfriend just DIED! Show some frickin' sympathy, Sawyer and Miles! And aww, it was soo sad when Dan saw little!Charlotte running around. I felt so bad for Daniel.
Not sure about Suliet... I liked the little scene when Sawyer didn't want her to go on the sub, but I dunno... I think I'd prefer Suliet friendship, right now anyway. I know it's been 3 years, but still.. they didn't have any real chemistry to back it up, imo.
ALSO, does anyone else see the Biblical references? Locke is TOTALLY Jesus.

I cant believe no one has mentioned the 4 toed statue!!!!! It looked like that egyptian dog statue. (i forgot the name) I really liked the episode. Everything's kind of coming together. Im actually quite interested now how this quadrangle is going to turn out. Honestly i think they should have a 4-way or at least Hurley gets Kate!

I have known from the start of this season that I am a hardcore Sulieter. AND OMFGGGG YESSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will tell you that it was a tad difficult for me to revel in it because there was no buildup. And half of why people are saying Suliet has no chemistry is because they CUT out all the buildup with the back and forth 'three years' thing. I still love it though!!!! I resented the lack of buildup with Jate too (when suddenly in the flashforwards they were living together).
I have to say- Kate and Sawyer: Alright, not my first choice, but it works. Jack and Juliet: No way in hell. (For me at least). Hated them together. I love Sawyer and Juliet so much. She's so calm and mellow, and he's so suave... I love it!
Let me tell you- I liked this episode just fine. I've realized what my problem is, and why the last couple of episodes have had me on edge (in a bad way).
The new plane crash. It's like starting from square one, and it really pisses me off. I follow the stories of everyone else just fine (Locke, island people, ect) but it's the oceanic six and the new plane crash that I have a problem with. It's just so random and stupid I feel... ah well, whatever.
Skate= over. Even considering that look at the end. I'm not trying to bring skaters down, I just think that it really is over. There may be tension, but I don't think he would cheat on Juliet with her.
All in all, good episode. And WTF TWO WEEKS!???? How ludicrous... _________________ <3 Jourdan

Um, This episode was kind of interesting. I was a little bit annoyed while watching the show, because my cable has been really crappy lately (must be the digital tv switch?) and it had this irritating buzzing noise through the whole flickery episode. But hey, I've worked with worse, so...
There was a big time line error in the episode. I thought Ben said that Charlotte was born in 1979 in season 4? So, what was up with her running around at about 3 or 4 years old in 1974? Cute moment, but...what a mistake! I guess Charlotte must have lied about her age, lol.
Next, I thought the reasoning of Goodspeed's getting drunk and throwing a tantrum was kind of silly. I mean, come on, be a little understanding: The woman watched her first husband get killed! It's not like the cross necklace was on display. It was put away in a sock drawer. Seemed kind of foolish to get THAT upset over that. But whatever.
Sawyer+Juliet... mmm....Kind of a strange match for me. I never really saw the two as having that much in common. I guess Juliet must like those blonds. lol, he DOES kind of look like Goodwin in a way, doesn't he?
I don't think that relationship is going to last for very long.
I was wondering who the Goodspeed's kid could be? The only one I could think of, would be Karl, maybe? I know the actor is old enough to be that age, but I was thinking the character Karl was younger, closer to Alex's age, so maybe not. If the kid has any relevance at all...
Sucks that we have to wait another week. I guess we got two episodes at the beginning of the season, so they thought they'd throw in a dud week, and try to pick up some extra viewers with a re-run. Oh well. :/

that's what I thought! i loved the scene when he didn't want her to go; that was just darling but I think Im converting to Suliet!! I think i'm just thrilled Sawyer moved on and it's not gonna be more Jack/kate/sawyer!!! I'd be even more thrilled if it was Claire he was with and not Juliet; but I guess I'll have to return to my vids for that lil dream I had a thought when sawyer came in with the flower and juliet said 'is that for me?' that he'd say 'no.' and then give it to their baby daughter or something
I did love this ep I thought maybe Danielle would pop up gain but I'm not sure of timeline
I'm thrilled about Reiko; Stacey and I have been waiting for this ep to see how she would be brought in Im so glad she's on TV again

I'm not sure I like where the show is going, I have to say. I don't want them stuck in the 1970's. And what happens now that they're all back? We stay there and do nothing? Or are they gonna try to get back to their own time?
oh, and by the by, what about the remaining survivors? what about one of my OTP's, Rose and Bernard? Surely they travelled back to the 70's too? why are they not under gorgeous LaFleur's lead? I don't want new 'losties' to watch; i want my old faves!!! _________________

I wish they would have gotten stuck in the era that stature was built...that gave me the creeps when they saw it...I think that could have been soo cool...them living with an ancient culture. .....the 70s are just boring. I don't think I like that either Kat.....and that look that Sawyer and Kate gave each other at the end??? Wasn't what I was expecting...I think she is over him too. ...*sigh* _________________
