And now the video has an honour! That's all I need the video becoming even more popular! 
And I flagged the video again! I don't understand why it is not being taking down!
I don't know what I should do... I can't contact her personally anymore and youtube doesn't seem to care that it's up... is there a time limit to how long they take to remove videos! I know when this happened to me before they had the video down the very next day! This going on for about week now.
Should I just set my videos back to public again and just pretend that she hasn't stolen a video from me

Don't pretend she hasn't stolen it from you because she has and she deserves all these comments telling her off! I sent a comment to her too btw. She better take your video down soon!! 
Maybe you could set your vids to public but leave a note on your stolen one saying it was stolen by someone else? |

Alright she of course deleted all the comments you all posted - AGAIN!!!
And now she just posted a comment for my video on Mick and Beth(Moonlight) "Listen to your Heart" - saying that it's orrible - the bitch can't even spell horrible!
I deleted the comment and have now blocked her.
I set my Broken Wings video back to public and put up new info about it being uploaded (stolen) by someone else.
I can't believe her! She uploads my Broken Wings video - doesn't give me any credit or take the video down like I ask ... then she posts a mean comment on another video of mine!!!!

I have no issues with her using the song at all, its just the blatant copying of my vid, like she watched it as she made her own and copied the clips and stuff. Um, I hope i'm in the right thread here. I just found out that one guy uploaded MINE video (LOST season 5 promo). The guy cut out the last part (with the Made by GriiFin etc. etc.) and put in something else and now he presents the video as HIS! http://youtube.com/watch?v=lOP4gx-Vk5E

Aww, I'm sorry about that (John, right?). That sucks! People are such jerks on YouTube! Have you flagged their vids or left the comments/PM's? There's really not a whole lot to do in these situations, except kind of harass them until they take it down. And by 'harass', I mean just bother them by leaving comments and getting friends to leave comments until they remove the vid.

Yeah, it's John  Well, I've already began to harass the guy, he keeps deleting my comments of course. He replied once, told me that the video is his *sigh* Well, I keep harassing him, if he thinks that I will just stop, then he's WRONG!
