Know any good songs about losing your mind?

I was inspired to make a Desmond video to Alice Cooper's "Welcome to my nightmare". I thought it would make a good summary of what it's like to see the future, etc.

guess it happens when you don't pay attention to the lyrics. while I was working on the vid, the lyrics weren't matching up to anything I could apply to Desmond, for example

"Welcome to my vacation/Unnecessary sedation/I know you'll feel at home/Cause you belong"

So while I was struggling to match clips to lyrics, I did come up with a video that wound up being a little AU, and pretty sad. Cooper's song however is upbeat, with heavy rock and funk, and I realized after putting together my little story that "Welcome to my nightmare" would really be more appropriate for a Juliet/Others vid.

So I yanked all the music and just made a video that would be hopefully enjoyable to watch regardless of what song played. Now I need a new tune. There must be tons of songs out there about going crazy and questioning reality, but I can't think of any. I'd welcome any suggestions. If you'd like to beta before you decide, let me know!

"Flagpole Sitta" by Harvey Danger has some lyrics about going crazy/insane, that's a pretty upbeat, heavy rock song too....

Um....what else comes to mind?

"I wanna be sedated" by The Ramones
"Brain Stew" by Green Day
& also "Hitchin' a Ride" by Green Day - it's not quite about going crazy, moreso drinking/alcoholism, but it might work since Des does seem to enjoy the drink a bit (perhaps a bit too much, hehe

)

I also think "Freak on a Leash" by Korn would be awesome for Ben too
