so i noticed so many new banners on this forum and i really wanted to tell everyone that i like them, so instead of randomly going "hey, i like ur banner btw!" i figured we should get this thread going again! ..and i couldnt find the old one., so I made a new banner just for the occasion of people rating a new banner, and i want to see all of yourse!!
so,, rate the banner version 2 is up! so lets see those banners!!!!

plus, I would like to instate a new suggestion (of course you dont have to!!) but if you see someone elses banner that is not the person directly above you, you can rate them also and tell them what you think, but you HAVE to rate the person directly above you as well, just to keep it going.

plus, i figure this thread is a great way to show off your newly made banner as well!! hehe.

Scale of 1-10
if you want to rate someone elses, just put it like this:

Hey Leylin...how does the rating system work? Is it like on a scale from 1 to 10? Or what?

yeah, on a scale from 1-10 and for the other people you are rating, just put their name and which you would like, for instance:

Cool...well I give yours an 8...what I like most about it is what it says and the pics you used of Kate are awesome...the banner I have isn't made by me but by the talented Ana aka Naphie and I absolutely love it!
