I m trying a long time to find out how to fade the one clip to other to be more exactly the first clip is freezing for a while when the secon clip appears !!

That happens sometimes if you have the preview window display set too high. Try turning it down to preview or draft and it should run through the fade a little better. My old PC used to do that too.



If not, then it might just be your graphics card slowing it down.
