Okay, did any one else read these??? I read them like crazy when I was in middle school, and I just remembered how GOOD they are!!!!
I mean, now that I go back and look at them, the writing is really simple, but the concepts and ideas are really deep and amazing. I went back on wikipedia and was reading all these summaries, and it made me remember how good the books were, and how sad the ending was!
So... anyone?

ERYN! YES!
Those books are so amazing!!! Awesome awesome awesome!!! I was so sad when Rachel died too... she was totally my favorite!!!
And then the end was so sad, how Tobais went into a depression, and Cassie and Jake split... and then the end was a total cliff hanger, with Ax being eaten by that thing...
And then like how they created those handicapped kids as animorphs, and almost all of them died...
I went on wikipedia and was reading up on it, cause it had been so long i'd forgotten...
Those books were so good though. The concepts, the plot... everything was amazing! _________________ <3 Jourdan

I totally don't remember Ax getting eaten...
I kinda liked the last book how they all became famous and wrote books and stuff. It was cool. I was just sad about the Tobias/Rachel thing....they were my favorites.
I dunno if I have any of those book anymore...I should go on wikipedia.... _________________

Wasn't animorphs a TV show where the kids transformed in to animals like horses and dogs?? I never read the books but man, was that show WEIRD O_o I really liked it though! And there were aliens, weren't there? Feels like forever since I saw them! I think I still went to Sunday school when they were on! |

Yeah I didn't remember the end either Eryn... I had to wikipedia it Ax doesn't get eaten, more like... absorbed. By this unknown voice thing that is coming from the blade ship... and then it ends with Jake ordering them to ram the blade ship.
It was like this weird thing, and I think it appeared on the TV monitor with ax's face or something
Quote: | The ship is an elegant cruiser. Manderash, following an Andalite tradition, believes it bad luck to board the ship before it is named; after Tobias notes that it is "beautiful and dangerous and exciting," the group gives it the only fitting name, the Rachel. After several months in space, the Animorphs find the Blade Ship, only to discover that Ax has been assimilated into an entity only known as The One. The One threatens to consume the Animorphs, as it had done to Ax. Jake comments on Marco's earlier call to be "crazy, reckless and ruthless," and, with a smile that Marco notes makes him look like Rachel, orders them to ram the Blade ship. |

Heheh, I still have like 30 of these books. I loved them. But somehow I never ended up finishing the series . Which is strange.
Has anyone, by chance, ever read any other series by K.A. Applegate (my god, I have her name memorized... sad)? I read Everworld way back when, and it's still one of my favorite series. |

I never read Everworld... what's it about?
When animorphs ended and I was devastated, she came out with a new series called 'remnants' and I read like the first five... it ended at like book 20 or something though. _________________ <3 Jourdan
