Easily season 1. Lost was brilliant then. Meeting the characters, the island was still tense and creepy, the monster etc. Just sublime stuff, before it went down the pan _________________

Of course everyone’s going to pick season 1 I think people still say season 1 is because the show was fresh, unique, and undiscovered. After season 1 it got less interesting because we knew all the characters and it wasn’t that new. Which is bound to happen. I liked season 2, allot. More than allot of people. But I do admit it didn’t have season 1's "freshness" season 3 brought allot of that back. I think from episode 7 on it was just awesome! I think the flash forwards now have brought back allot of that freshness because people are seriously guessing about stuff now. It’s much more mysterious this season than season 2 or 3. Though it’s a completely different show from what it was in season 1. Still an amazing, great show, but not the same. I think it’s because season 1 had the innocence of the unknown, and now it’s like "let’s get some answers" and we know where things stand. Sorry for that long ramble. |
