Go back to the first page if you have anymore concerns/questions about the rules. It says there that it can be from your own mind, it doesn't have to be an actual Christmas story.

Tricky one, Kat.

Both songs are great, but I have a slight tendency towards Santa Claus (big surprise, huh?

). I think it would be more fun to make than the other song and it's more of a challenge. I also find "All I want..." quite overused. You'll find a Christmas vid to that song in each and every fandom, I'm pretty sure of that. (Well, but then again "overused" was the word I used for "The Scientist" and Trey proved that I was sooo wrong because his version of that song just swept me off my feet

)

You should probably go by which song you feel more positive about / which song you have more ideas for.

Well, I've seen plenty of vids at YT to that song. I don't remember having seen one with "All I want..." here at the LVI though. (You could check that through the artist/song search on the main site). Either way is fine with us, Kat, cause none of use judges a vid by the song that's been used. It's more important how good and creative your use of the lyrics is.

I'm afraid I won't be able to do the Christmas Carol vid.

There are yet two very busy weeks at university to come before the Christmas holidays start and I'm afraid I just won't have much time to work on the contest vid.

So, if anyone wants to do "A Christmas Carol", please feel free to give it a go
