October 2007
Contest: The psychopaths are among us.
Deadline: October 31st

The Details

*cue spooky music*

Psychopaths walk among the characters on Lost: we've seen them in the Others and even in some of our beloved Losties. There have been a fair amount of "scary" people both on and off the Island. But for this Halloween, we want to see vids about the scariest characters of all: the "nice" ones.

Show us the raving lunatics, the psycho-killers, the downright terrifying villains who are lurking beneath the sweet exteriors of some of our most favorite characters!

Please do NOT use any characters who have already been shown to have some pretty weighty dark sides, such as:

Ben
Ethan
Goodwin
Sawyer
Kate
Jack
Locke
Charlie
Jin
Sayid
Eko
Ana-Lucia
Michael

The Rules

Specific Contest Rules:

• - Vids should portray a "nice" character on the show as dark and scary. Please do NOT use the characters listed above.

• -The more creative, the better. Don't be afraid to take risks.
• -Running time should be no longer than 5 minutes. We suggest the 3 - 5 minute range.
• -When entering your video on the Submit page, you MUST enter "October 2007 contest submission" exactly in your vid's description.

General Contest Rules:

• -Contest submissions should be entered through the Submit page
• -All regular submissions Rules apply.
• -Only one entry per vidder
• -Videos already submitted and RELEVANT can be submitted again, but we would rather see something fresh. (Please contact a CM if you wish to enter a previously-submitted video)
• -Please do not use Megaupload, Rapidshare or Yousendit to host your files.
• -Keep in mind that however you choose to host your video, it must be available for download at least until the end of the month. If we can not access your video at the time of judgment it will not be considered.
• -Have fun!

So wait ... Charlie's okay? He's pretty dark too.

Anyway I am way excited about this contest! I am makig a horror movie trailer anyway. It's not right for this contest ... but i did have something else in mind that might work.

wow great stuff i think i'm gonna be on the clip reuqest page lol cause i've lost all my clips and gonna do claire i think if i can find the song i had in mind

also need to get my media coursework finished on saturday then i can start on this hehe, doing the horror film genre and going to make a titanic horror trailer hehe.

I think when most people think of a really sweet character on Lost, they think of Claire.

There will probably be many Claire-entries.
