Hi- I'm wondering if anyone knows how to do picture on picture in Sony Vegas. I don't want to do a split screen, but rather have two clips on top of each other. It almost looks like they are completely faded or dissolved into each other. They are the same size too. Does anyone know what I mean?

If you put them on 2 different tracks.
Then put your cursor on the top line of the clip (theres a little blue bar) and drag it down until it goes as faded as you want. Then you can do the same with the other clip

You can achieve this with Compositing two tracks together.
