Sawyer obviously drunk to the gills is always entertaining. The facial expressions!
Hurley's haircut/cleanup job as boss of the box corporation was decidedly unconvincing.
Ben's delivery of the 'eulogy' cracked me up:
"John Locke was a...
... (as the TV audience thinks of fifty nouns, forty-seven of them mean and three of them unprintable)
... a believer (etc. etc.) and I'm very sorry I murdered him."

AltBen freaking out about the coffee filter cracked me up, too.

Especially that last bit made me giggle, just cuz of how Michael delivered the lines!

David: So obviously written to be some sort of emo teenager--not talkative, walking away, moody, etc. I laughed at his mere existence, since it's such a TV cliche.
AltJack being henpecked by his mother made me snicker, because I'm a jerk.
Right after that, I also LOLed at Sayid walking up to Jack, with the "Why are they all staring at me?" Dude, because you look like you've come back from, oh, the dead.
They actually made AltJack's mom say 'It's like a needle in a haystack'? REALLY?
I know, not all teenagers are slobs, but David's room at AltJack's place was the neatest non-adult place I've ever seen.
Slow pan up the lighthouse, to Jack's "It's a lighthouse." = LOL.
The Jackface after Hurley's 'He just shows up whenever he feels like it.'
Intentional comedy:

Hurley: "I'm just, you know, looking, because I'm a big fan of, like, temples... history... Indiana Jones stuff." (then) "You already made me write down way too much stuff, and I just lied to a samurai." (and) "Be cool, man. Act natural" (when he's all kinds of obviously shifty.) Also, Hurley's 'secret door' directions to Kate later on -- OK, practically everything Hurley said this episode was intentionally hilarious.
