Looks like a plugin effect but I'm not sure Charlie. I'll take a peak around the net.

Charlie, I can't figure out what it is. I looked everywhere and it's not a plug-in I've seen. I'll keep looking.

Hmm... could you possibly fake something similar to that with a blur effect and maybe by doubling the text on a second timeline and moving it to the left with one and the right with the other?

I just hurt my brain with that convoluted sentence, btw... The point being, it might not look the exact same but you might get something even cooler looking just by playing around with the text effects, fades and motion blurs. *just might try that herself sometime*

Hey Charlie, if you do figure it out, let me know. I'm always curious about text transitions and how people make them.

*squee* Thanks Charlie! I'm very interested in how you did it. Text Transitions are my weakness. I usually just use the premade ones.

lol, no probs, i found the effect last night and then started messing around with it earlier.

Ok so first you put your text down on the track, then need to split it

Then, duplicate the text which you just split

Then on Video FX choose Linear Blur, and then Horizontal Medium to give your text the look needed

Then click the pan/crop on the first track layer, and move the text to the right making sure that you add the movement so the text moves to the side like so

The repeat that on the second track layer but move the text to the left like so

and then you should be all done
Just ask if i don't make sense lol or need anymore help

Holy crap! I never would have thought ot do that. I can only imagine that if you have a lot of titles that can very time consuming.

Thanks Charlie!
