I find that most people who are having trouble with viewing the clips in WMM have not unzipped the file folders.
Almost all the clips sites put the video clips into .zip format.
When you download you must unzip the file to view it in WMM.
See if the files your trying to view have a .zip extension.
Almost all computers nowdays have a winzip program.
Double click on the file, it should show a .wmv file inside (usually this is the file format used)
Drag and drop the file into whatever folder you use for your video clips (mine is LOST clips)
the file extension will now read .wmv or .avi and will be viewable in WMM
You can also right click on a .zip file, click on "extract all" and a Extraction Wizard will pop up and walk you through the steps to unzip the file.
If your having a problem other than this, try to explain what is happening and someone will try to help
