What I did for that in Pills and Soap, where Ben's voice pops up at beginning and end, was to audio-record those words specifically ("Your friends are coming home with us" and "Good people who were leaving you alone"), clip them in Wavepad (any other sound editing program would work, but the trial version of Wavepad has no time limit and works well for this), and then upload that to the MUSIC track (note: not the video track) of the project at hand.
This assumes though, that, like in Pills and Soap, you don't want the voice to overlap with the music. If you do, you may have to edit the music similarly.
(If it's an episode I have, I can clip the dialogue for you and upload it too. Feel free to list what you need.) _________________ I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His hair was perfect.

Im assuming your using audio that doesnt match the video clip your taking it from?
(If not, just leave the video clip in place in the beginning of the vid and don't mute the sound and drag the music line so that it plays AFTER the talking).
1. Drag whatever clip you want the audio from, into the video timeline.
2. Click on the audio timeline and hold the CRTL button down and drag the audio into the audio/music timelime.
2-A. Or right click on the audio you want to use and click on COPY then PASTE it into the audio/music timeline.
3. Position your cursor in the audio/music timeline and click with your mouse, so the track is highlighted.
4. Now edit as you would in the video timeline to get just the audio you want to use (this can also be done in the video timeline to save an extra step).
5. Next drag your music you want to use down to the audio/music timeline and put it right after the "talking" ends.
6. Delete the video clip you got the audio from. Your audio will stay in the audio/music timeline.
Hope this helps
