This Jack's confession looks kinda manipulated...I'm not saying this cause I wanna deny sth, but the way he says it...it's like without much feeling. It's my realistic opinion. Well, we gonna see. . I know that there are not much persons more he could tell it to, but still , maybe he is just telling the message from someone else to completly different person. The prmo looks great

I think it is manipulated. But even the "sneak peaks" which always SEEM straightforward are HUGELY cut. Like last night's dynamite scene. It was VASTLY VASTLY different from the sneak peak of it that we got.

No doubt, it is manipped heavily, but I do think he's talking to Kate. Only because all season the previews have been disappointingly cut and dry. (I say disappointing, because they have left little suspense in certain aspects of the show.) There haven't really been a lot of misdirects. Sure, quick flashes and all the drama that are usually incorporated in the promos. But they haven't purposefully led us to believe one thing was going to happen, when it was something else entirely. (Like, OUTLAWS, the preview SO makes you think that Sawyer is going to kill Jack when he's actually hunting for that damn boar. Now THAT was a misdirect!)

Just because they haven't been doing that this season, doesn't mean they haven't done that this time. Who knows!

Well of course is manipulated...but look at the bright side...in 3.13 promo when the talk between Jack and Kate seemed only a few seconds turned out to be sooo much better...i hope it's going to be better than the promo

I think he's saying something about his father or something. I think he's telling something from his past to Kate, you know the this-is-the-end-so-lets-cry-our-hearts-out-thingy

I could be very wrong though, LOL

But I don't think he's saying that to her in a "I love you, from the bottom of my heart" kinda way.

You mean you don't think he's saying "I love you" directly for Kate, but he's saying something like, "I wish I could say to my father, 'I love you'" ?

Oh! That would be so sneaky of them if they did that! But clever. Remember that misleading promo for Outlaws in S1 when they edited it like Sawyer was pointing the gun at Jack?
