Wow. Charlie was the reason I started watching Lost.

Well, damn, this kind of sucks!

If they're going to kill him off, though, I hope they do it tastefully. I hope he does something so heroic that we will win back the hearts of the islanders and the viewers at home (since they really treated his character like crap in season 2).

That would be an unbelievably dumb move to kill off Charlie. Not only is he a much-loved character, but having one character ANNOUNCE another's death episodes in advance (when it's something that's apparently "accidental" or whatever)--can we say JUMP THE SHARK? After all the trouble to keep the Libby and AnaLucia deaths a secret, this would be a complete bonehead move.

Am I the only one who doesnt like Charlie? I mean in the beginning I started watching because of him, because I knew who Dom was and I loved him. But the writers just started turning him into an obsessive person. I mean Claire replaced his drugs, and who likes a character that is all about someone else? I don't know, recently (since mid second season) he has really gotten on my nerves.

But I still don't want him to die! It's sad.

But judging from some spoilers I have read, I think he will get his respectable honorable end. And hopefully it is cool too, like Ana and Libby's death. (What I mean is, hopefully it has some big jaw dropping factor).
