Hurley's discovery of a wrecked car sends him on a mission of hope---for himself and a fellow survivor in need of faith.
And Kate and Sawyer reunite with their fellow castaways, but Kate is still torn about leaving Jack behind with the Others. Flashback sequences explore Hurley's childhood.

Hurley!!!! This one is supposed to be on the light side (i.e. funny). Nice welcome change after the drama-heavy storyline with the Others. Beach characters!!! yay!!!!

I'm glad they're returning to the beach because we barely seen them. 3 episode into the main season and we've only seen them in Desmond's episode but then again, Desmond's episode was almost all Flashback.
So the only episodes where the beach was 'fairly' present was 'Futher Instruction' and 'The Cost of Living'. 2 out of 9 episodes!
Fan favorites from the first season such as Charlie, Claire, Sayid, Hurley and Locke have been seen only sporadically. And perhaps not coincidentally, the former top-10 show's ratings have taken a dive. (The last two episodes in the new 10 ET/PT slot have drawn fewer than 13 million viewers each, down from a peak of 23.5 million.)
I hated them but I quite like hurley, he's okay and reunions are hopefully gunna be sweet.
I liked the idea of flashes before your eyes but i don't think it was very..um not sure. _________________
I love Jack, but I'm actually incredibly relieved to get away from him and the Others for a while. I'd be even more relieved to get away from Sawyer and Kate, but that's probably too much to ask.
A beach story will be soooo welcome right now. And I have high hopes whenever Hurley is involved. _________________
