Over the past couple of days I've been having problems with loading the Forums from the front page. It either takes aaaaaaages to load or it doesn't load at all... but when I try loading it from a video page it works fine. I've tried loading it from a number of different computers (both at home and at school) but it seems to be the same everywhere.

I've had the same sort of trouble myself.  This sort of thing is beyond my meager knowledge so I called it to the attention of our fine webmasters.  It may be one of those goofy server problems again (don't remember if any of you were here when the server used to crash for days at a time  ). Hopefully it won't be anything that serious, though! Maybe the server is just getting a lot of traffic or something?

Actually scratch that, I'm still having problems with it.
EDIT: Sorry bout the double post it said something about page error so I didn't think it went through!

If so, then I think I know what the problem is, and I just fixed it, so it should all be okay now (allowing for a few days for it to get back into shape)

Bumping this thread up - you folks probably know about this, but the /phpbb page has been freaking out for the last half hour. Perhaps it's welcoming me back in its own way, but either way it refuses to load intermittently (more often not loading than loading.)
