For Mully and anyone else who wants to see it - Sawyer the Boar Hunter:

I think people are just holding off on their entries - by midnight May 31 you'll be drowning in'em. LOL Seriously though, could someone else post theirs? Cuz I'd love to see'em! ...and my little Boar Hunter is getting lonely in here...

Quick question in the submitting part of the contests page, it tells an e-mail to send it to, but the new submission thing isn't like that. What do I do?

sorry for the confusion.

I'm working on it right now, but I'm really not sure how to go about doing this vid. I've never done any kind of crossover before. All I'll say is I'm trying Lost & LOTR together...

Ok.

5 films that would work well as a crossover (IMHO)

Con Air
Castaway
Village of the damned
Braveheart
A Christmas Carol (Just cos I like it)

5 tv shows:
CSI
Doctor Who
Angel
ER
The A-team

Anyone agree? disagree? or come up with some other ideas?

Okay, finished mine and entered it. It's called 'The Simpsons and LOST'. Here it is if anyone wants to see it.

If anyone wants it in YSI let me know.

I have my Lost/Farscape video done, it's called "Lost in the Uncharted Territories" and since nobody told me that it didn't fit within the rules I'm going to submit it.

However, I'm currently on a miserably slow dial-up connection that won't let me upload anything over about 2MB.

Plans are to upgrade our home connection to high-speed cable, but earliest possible is next Tuesday, which would fall just barely within the deadline and I'm not sure I want to risk that. I can also burn the video to a CD, give it to my dad, and ask him to upload it to Putfile via his work connection...but I'm not entirely sure what his work connection is and if that would even be feasible.

Exploring options. Look for it soon, though.

That is a sad, sad story ah the perils of dial-up >.<

If you can think of anything we can do to help just let us know. If it gets to the point you think it'll fall a day or two past the deadline let us know and we'll see what we can do to help you out.
