I love those crazy AUs. I really really do. I have always had a soft spot for AU fanfiction, and my little heart does backflips for AU videos! Especially GOOD AU videos. For good AU videos, it does... a triple backwards somersault with a corkscrew twist.

This video gets Style Points (tm) for:

The excellent use of black-and-white to indicate flashbacks. I've seen the sepia tone used so often that it's starting to make me crazy! Huzzah for good old B&W!

The flashbacks themselves; how wonderful to see two completely unrelated flashback sequences suddenly taking place in the same hospital! Magnifico!

The great song. Perfect lyrics for this kind of video, quite nice.

For making Sawyer into... the Other Man! *dun dun dun!* Seriously, though, I loved the way you played it out so that Sawyer became this distraction, this random piece of manflesh that kept Kate from thinking about you-know-who-his-name-starts-with-J-and-it's-not-Jingleheimerschmidt.

The magnificent storytelling. A video is a good video if it tells a story, and this one certainly did. Not just a story; an AU story! Which are even harder!

This was the best video I have ever seen on this website. It was so amazing. It explaned every thing that happened with Jack and Kate. But they still find there way back to each other. Thats what I thought the video ment to me. So I hope you will keep making more viedos with Jack and Kate because you do an amazing job. Kepp up the good work.

Holy crap! I usually cringe when it comes to Jate videos, but this one is so fantastic I can't help but be in awe of your talent. Especially the black and white parts. It was perfect!!! And what's also amazing is the quality of the clips!
