If someone could upload the following clips for me, I would be very grateful.

1x3 Tabula Rasa - The Marshall suddenly grabs Kate's neck as she is leaning over him.

1x7 The Moth - Jack and Charlie climbing out of the cave. I especially want their arms reaching up out of the ground.

1x19 Deu Ex Machina - Locke's vision of Boone suddenly turning bloody, and the end of the episode with Locke beating on the hatch and the light comes on.

2x16 The Whole Truth - Jin tearing Sun's garden apart.
