Lost Video Island

Trying to submit my first ever video, got everything filled it and selected my upload image, but it's telling me my image has invalid characters. I can't see how. It's the right size, under 20kb as specified and the filename is only letters with no spaces! Any ideas anyone?

You sure it's not referring to your vid's description? I don't think you are allowed anything other than letters in it.

No, and that has no odd characters in it either, just letters and spaces. Here's a screenshot of the error message it's giving me

Yes it has characters like : and / in it, but that's because it's a file location on my PC as selected using the browse function. There's no way around that!

I can't see any possible reason for it. I've tried typing all the characters that are in the filename, and it lets me type all of those so they must be allowed. Just irritating, I wanna send my first video in!

Worked it out. There was a ' in my main folder name, been there forever so I never thought of it. Moved the pic elsewhere and it worked
