Hey guys just wanted to say cool new header on the main pages and forum pages

also curious... what's with the Google Ads that are on the main page now.... not that it bothers me, i was just wondering why they are there all of a sudden

I can't really say much about the Google ads on the site due to Google Ad Rules but we felt it was necessary to try and make LVI financially self sustaining so we made the decision to put ads on the site. E just designed them to look better with the overall design of the site.

Glad you like the new banner! Credit goes to BTVS_Freak as usual. Great job btw.

Like LC said the google ads are just a way to leverage our traffic to give the site a bit of support. I tried to make them as un-intrusive as possible, hopefully the aren't bothering anyone too much.

They're fine by me. Atleast they're not huge ads up the top of the page that have a weird bright colour to stand out.

What you could try is putting your hand over the screen when you click on a vid works for me

Then I put sticky tape on the monitor across the top it's like there are no ads on the site.

ow my arm hurts..

Seriously though they aren't much of a bother. Thank god we don't have those crazy frog ones on the site with sound

lol. i like the tape idea. easiest on the arm.

but yeh, if LVI ever has pop-up/unders, flash ads, or ads that make sounds - i'm probably not the webmaster anymore.
