There should be an option called "Titles and Credits" in one of the top bars. THat's the text, and will give you all you need to add text

Just click on Tools, then Titles and Credits. Then you pick where you want the words to appear, at the beginning of the vid, the end, on a clip that you've selected, etc. Then you type in your words and you can change the animation or the color and font down at the bottom. Once you've got it all the way you want it, you just click Done.

No problem, my brutha. Need any help shooting at Picapic's feet and trying to make it dance??? Okay, so there's not really much I could do to help. I'd just like to shoot at Picapic's feet on principle...
