I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio 6.0 (the version in your first link is the newer 8.0  ) and I absolutely love it! You can do split screens and pretty much everything that you see anybody do in their vids around here with Movie Studio as you can with the full version of Vegas (which is much, MUCH more expensive). There's only a few more advanced tricks that Movie Studio can't do. I can totally recommend it as a much cheaper (and legal ) upgrade from WMM. It'll take a bit of getting used to but there are a lot of people around here who are more than happy to answer any questions!

| Hey guys, I use Sony Vegas 7 because I have the code, but my computer crashed earlier, and I have things running again, but I can't remember the website I downloaded it from. I don't want any other version, because I don't have those codes, only for 7, can someone help me out please. |

| i like 7 because i can do my croping without having to deal with evil cookie cutter (which Aislynn seems to be a master at!) I started on Movie studio and its great. I did the free trial of 8.0 and ill tell you, theres nothing at all different between 7 and 8 (that i could see) i think its for more Professional HD Filmmaking. But i saw nothing different. |
