Lost Video Island

Hello, I'm new here and new to vidding. I pretty much know how to create the vids. It's the rendering that is an issue for me. I keep getting files 100MB's and over.

I am using After Effects. I rendered a wmv and it is significantly smaller, but the picture quality is blurry. It is a nice effect for it, as everything looks dreamlike, but this is not what I intended and not what I want.

Can anyone help me with how I need to set up my output settings for the render?

Hm. Try to use "512 kbps" i always use this setting and it's small and the quality is okay
