I'm on Jack's side, hes just the leader and like the main guy and all that.
AND I havn't been able to stick Sawyer this season

Team Sawyer!  
  
Im thinking the major character death is Desmond, Claire or Locke.
Maybe . . . and they're like second picks is Sayid or Ben .
Im not overtly fond of Claire although shes not a character I hate.
I LOVE Sayid, Des and (even though I wanna slap him sometimes)Locke.
Ive come to somewhat like Ben (hes just so damn creepy) Michael Emerson is a genius when it comes to this character.
Ive predicted (somewhere in another post heh heh)
That Locke will ultimately kill his father although I think Sawyer will come damn close to doing the job himself.

I don't think that they'll let Locke or Des die... not yet. They're still too important, IMO. And so is Ben. As for Claire and Sayid, they are indeed good "candidates". I wouldn't apreciate it at all though since I like both characters.

I disagree here. I don't think that Locke would ever kill someone ("kill" as in "on purpose" and "with his own hands"...) although he behaves like a weirdo sometimes. My guess is that Anthony will get killed by sawyer. Sawyer might've changed his attitude a bit in the last few episodes, but I'm sure that he still has so much hatred for the man who is responsible for his parents' death.

Ive really been liking Lockes and Des's storyline lately and I would hate to lose any of the male characters.
I heard rumors somewhere (gah, dont ask me to track down I read too many sites heehee) that Emily (Claire) might not be on for another season.
They did say a major character death and those were the most likely candidates (IMO)
Naveen also has not been getting enough screen time except maybe the last three/four episodes. He plays a great character I hope they dont write him off.

I think Sawyer has tons of hatred still left in him no matter how much he has changed. I agree with you on that.
But Im betting that Cooper gets the drop on Sawyer and Locke kills Coop to save Sawyer.
Sawyer yelling "Finish it". I believe its because Cooper is about to kill him - the angle at which he appears in the preview suggests this --- rather than yelling at him to finish reading his letter - again just my opinion.
I dont think Locke will want Sawyer to kill Cooper, because in his opinion, James is on the way to redemption (everyone gets a new life on the island) <G>
To save anothers life - yes I think Locke would kill and he has plenty of reasons to hate his father even though he waffles between that hatred and holding out hope for his love.

I like the idea of the directions they are looking being their teams. But then Sawyer's side is smaller. And if there is going to be a Jack Locke showdown I don't see why they would be on the same team. But Sayid is definitely Sawyer's wing man now. Isnt that weird how times change? But Sayid and Sawyer are both very practical strong men, while people like Jack and Locke are incredibly ideological. I still think its cool how Jack and Sawyer are polar opposites too in the way they do things. Even their economic beliefs are on opposites. Sawyer is very capitalistic, Jack is very socialistic. If I was on a team I would rather be on Sawyer's team.
as for who will die, I would rather it be Charlie than anyone else. Before anyone throws any flames, let me explain. I just think his story has come full circle. His story has kind of reached its end. Claire on the other hand, still has that Jack-is-my-brother-and-neither-of-us-know-it thing going on. Desmond is too powerful a story carrier, as is Locke. Plus, if they kill either of those two we will lose a lot of explanations. The fate of the island is tied to those two, in my opinion. Now, it could be Sayid, but that would kill me. I love Sayid!

I was going to say Charlie too (as he is one of my least favorite characters) but of all the spoilers Ive read and interviews etc.
Im really thinking they wont kill him off this season (Maybe next season)
Which was why I came up with the other names.
They could also kill someone off and then next season the person won't really be dead.
Could be a Des premonition and we wont find that out until next season. Or could be a Patchy like resurection. Just a theory!

Maybe Claire will be offed and Jack will find out after the fact (perhaps through Juliet or Ben) that she was his sister.
And as I said before I love Des and Sayid. (it would be hysterical if Sayid ended up with Juliet)
Lockes been getting more interesting.
I was also thinking about Sun since shes pregnant.
I do happen to like Sun and Jin.

Yeah I heard that a while ago. Do Nikki and Paulo count? Cos I heard somewhere that there are going to be 5 deaths in MAY and in other places i've just read 5 deaths

Jack better not die Maybe they'll break something? Like we find out there is still communication with the outside world, and Jack and Locke have a 'disagreement' and they break it? Kinda like the button in the hatch (RIP)
Oh Oh! No! We all assume it'll be something bad, like Jack or Locke dying, but maybe it results in something good? That could be the extremely significant outcome - contact with the outside world or something! Mwahaha!
