Yay! Glad that you love it, It honestly took me a hot minute to remember how to do it too! lol Facebook/Tumblr has SO spoiled me on things like that! I kept looking for a "like" button in here. And I really have to stop myself from using hashtags. #facepalm
I haven't done fireworks in years. I got tired of getting my fingers burned on the "safe" ones like those smoke bombs and the confetti popper ones. Besides they drive my dog nuts.
I usually just watch the stuff the neighbors shoot off, or sometimes I can see the city display. This year we had some real enthusiasts, they were continuing to shoot them off during a very electric thunderstorm. My family played a little bit of "firework or thunder". LOL
This year I pretty much just watched Netflix instead of fireworks on the 4th. Still had a pretty good day though. I just don't do that much for the 4th. Christmas is more my all out holiday.
I've never kept up with comic con. Who's going? What shows?
I usually watch some of the panels on YT. Its sometimes a nice way to get a tease at what is coming in the next season.
There are tons of shows doing panels. There are other interviews and side panels outside of these that will be going on as well.
Under the spoiler tabs I listed everyone who is doing panels. I don't know who else will be attending and doing other non-show panels.
Battlestar Galactica Reunion
Big Bang Theory 10th Anniversary
Fear The Walking Dead
Game of Thrones
People of Earth
Once Upon a Time
Family Guy and American Dad
Star Trek Discovery
Legands of Tomorrow
The Last Ship
I love EVERYTHING about comic con...but I have only gone to one (and it wasn't even "real" comic con) I'm excited about all the Marvel and DC comics stuff coming out!
I really enjoy watching the panels. I like the more relaxed and fan centered ones. I feel like you get more questions answered than the ones where the moderator runs it too much. I also like the ones when the moderator is clearly a fan.
I got into following it with Lost. Sometimes I find the post interviews and press stuff more fun and interesting than the proper panels. I've never been to one. I had the chance to go to this one two years in a row, but had to refund my tickets because I had family stuff come up both times.
There are a lot of Marvel projects attending this year I think.
I don't know if they're doing it this year or not, but sometimes these shows do NerdHQ panels. Those are pretty good.
