I was listening to the Shrek 2 OST yesterday and I thought that this song:

was fun and would be great for a light-headed music video about all the possible ships in Lost (like a bit on Jack/Kate, a bit on Sawyer/Kate, a bit on Charlie/Claire, a bit on Sayid/Shannon, etc.) because just the fact that they met is an "accident" and it's a good happy song for a change!

That is a good song choice and interesting idea for the characters except for Sawyer/Kate. I'm not sure they are in "love" but rather just as was discussed in the Never game 2 people who don't quite fit in with the rest of the survivors. I've got the Shrek 2 DVD and can rip the song off it but am currently working on 3 vids all different fandoms so I'll be tied up for a bit.

I hope someone else takes this. If no one else tackles this, when I finish my 3 vids I'll give it a go. Probably will be finished in 2 weeks though.

yeah when I think about it, maybe Sawyer/Kate does not suit it.

Don't let me change your mind. It's your idea. That was just my opinion. A lot of scenes in the show could make it seem like they were in love. Especially the waterfall ones. Hmm maybe that was just lust, or play.

Anyways thanks for posting your idea. I somehow never finished viewing Shrek2 and after reading this I managed to finish watching the whole thing in the wee hours of the AM. What a great movie! I especially liked the Puss method of stopping the palace guards.

I think you could take this and make it work with any coupling on the island. Crafty editing is all you need to work that out.

Awesome! I would love to try this out, but I'm in the process of making two other videos. Once I get done (or give up on them), I'll certainly try your idea out if no one else takes it by then!
