I'm just curious how does LVI Bot work... I mean it's not a real person.... sitting there waiting for vids to arrive, right

or is it

When videos get submitted, they go to a waiting room that us council members can sign in to secretly

We scan the videos that are in there for errors, then add them to the site if the're okay. This does two things: enters the video onto the main site with the "judging in progress" status, and it also creates a topic automatically in the Videos section. That is the LVI Bot's job.
Next from there, we vote on said video, and when it gets three "yes" or "no" votes, we mark it accordingly, with a Council Pick or not.
