It's bad for you. It's full of sodium. But gosh darn it's good. I'm talking about Ramen.

So how do you eat your ramen?

I personally drain the water out of it and eat it like pasta. I have tried putting shredded cheese in it while it's still hot and it gets all melty and it is DELICIOUS, but usually I just drain the water and put in HALF of the seasoning packet.

How about you guys?

Oh, and another important point. Microwave or stove? Sometimes I nuke it, but it really is better on the stove.

OMG Ramen!

Stove is better.

I remember in 5th Grade the cool thing to do was bring in a hard block of noodles for snack. It had to stop because the teacher was finding small pieces of noodle everywhere.

Ew! I have NEVER had the hard noodles by themselves haha. It doesn't strike me as something that would be that yummy. But hey, maybe I'm wrong.

LOL l used to eat it that way too MG.
Everyone took the little packages to school and crushed up the noodles in the baggie and then added the spice/seasoning, shook it up and just ate it right out of the bag. lol. l actually still like it that way but l personally like it cooked on the stove more.

They'd crush it too but most of the time it wasretards putting it on the floor and stomping on it. Causing little pieces of noodle to fly into your air

If I'm gonna eat it the way it's directed, I get the cup style, with the freeze dried veggies that become normal after you add the hot water. I only buy the block style if I'm gonna make oriental cole slaw.

Ramen noodles... The collegiate's dinner of choice, cuz it's quick and cheap.

Had some for breakfast today (my teeth hurt and I can't eat anything solid) and it works really well as a breakfast food.

I still haven't brought myself to try the noodles dry. But with so many recommendations, how can I resist? I'll have to let you guys know when/if I ever do try them what I think.
