What type of vid were you thinking of making... cause that might help with your song choice. Were you leaning more twards a Character Study type vid or a shippy one, with either PB&J, ConMama or another?
I'll go through my itunes, and see what I come up with.

Ok I came up with a few that i think could work for Claire.
Crazy - Jem
I think you could show how all the men in Claire's life end up leaving her, and how this has changed her, made her tougher and possible "crazy".
And So I Pray - Jem
Claire in season 5 dealing with loosing Aaron, Charlie, and all her friends.
Stupid - Sarah McLachlan
Claire always settles for second best, and doesn't see the potential in herself to be truly loved.
Be Strong - Delta Goodrem
Basically Claire surviving.
Fragile - Delta Goodrem
Claire is Fragile. lol 
Hope these helped. I know some of them may be a bit of a stretch, but i tried. lol
I didn't realize how hard it is to find a really good Claire song. lol
