Well just don't use the requiem song b/c I don't think I can watch another video with that song...lol...but Clint Mansell has a number of other great pieces of instrumental music you could use...and even Moby has some cool instrumental stuff. Oh and another great instrumental piece is Pan's Labyrinth Lullaby by Javier Navarrete. Good luck! I hope you find something that works!

LOTR soundtrack is very good, BUT it is VERRRYY recogniseable. I used one of the soft chanting sorrowfull songs (i really dont know what to call it lol) for a school project, and people picked it up even though it was obscure. Check allot of epic kind of movie soundtracks though, i also think theres an old thread for that also. |

You could try X-Ray Dog. Their music is used a lot in trailers, to be honest, but it's very dramatic and dynamic. _________________

Yes, yes! Use X-Ray dog, I agree with Karolina The best thing in their music is that mostly all songs are not long (only 2 minutes usually), so they are perfect for trailers! I recommend their - "Dark Battalion" song for example, very dramatic one _________________

I know this was started a while ago so you might have already found some stuff by now but I've got a coupla suggestions if you haven't.
There's "O Fair Verona" or "Verona Choral".. I'm not sure what the actual name is. It seems to go by many names. Anyhoo, that's all dramatic. It's the music from the start of Romeo and Juliet.
And I think Clubbed to Death by Rob D/Rob Dougan would be really cool on a trailer aswell cause it has slow parts and fast parts. That's off the Matrix soundtrack I think. Hope I've helped _________________
