Okay, so I was trying not to get all riled up and to give a calm, short review. That SO isn't me, though!
I'll still try to be concise:
1. LOVED the Jacket stuff. *squee!!!* We're almost canon, baby! Woot!
2. Sawyer and Kate -- Clearly, he was on a fishing trip in the Great Sea of Insecurity, wanting her to say, "No, of course it wasn't just because I thought you were going to die." (I loved their acting in this scene! He looked away when said the stuff that was the most painful to him; she stepped back when she said she wasn't beating herself up. Really nice visual clues to what they were feeling: he was flinching, anticipating pain, she was withdrawing, walling herself off so not to be hurt).
3. I felt sorry for Ben, ending up being precariously balanced on the end of that canoe thing!
4. Jack's flashback, aka killing time until we get back to the yummy Jacket scenes... I liked the end, though, with Isabelle telling him what the tats say and how he said, "That's what they say. That's not what they mean." Cool!

Blame the preview ppl, not the writers. Damon and Carlton were confused when they heard that during the podcast lol. They said the only one answered is the tatoo thing and the rest is just... alluded to lol
But if I had to guess, I'd say the other 2 are:
- what happened to Cindy and the kids
- what will happen to... Juliette (?)
Maybe the kids and Cindy are lumped into one.

Yes ...I really liked the episode, and all Jacket was just amazing..I think I', even warm to Jack a little with this eppy, the aloe scene was just so.... Can I say that today morning I even rewatch all Jacket scenes, 'cause I really just love them! Even forget about my saint skate shipper preferences lol...aww I'm just in love with this ship (but even so Juliette silence in Aloe scene after Jack's: "We will do it together" kinda confused me...hmm, this women is not that simple for sure )
Sawyer was a little moron with Kate (obviously), but it's Sawyer lol All there actions were like they are a teenagers IMO
But about tatoos...Jack is a hero, wow totally unexpectible :?lol I think I understood that after the Lost pilot 2 years ago actually They really could creating smth more interesting than the obvious thing, that all already knew _________________
