...but I'm asking it anyway. 
In the submission rules, it says that, among the things you must include (vid title, short description, song and artist name, vid author's name) you need "a link to a screenshot that you feel best represents your vid. Find one at Lost-Media.com."
Does that mean to hotlink to the Lost-Media pic directly? I know many sites don't appreciate you hotlinking to them, unless they're set up for that. Or are we supposed to save the pic from Lost-Media, then put it up some place like Photobucket that allows hotlinking? And if that's the case, what size does the pic need to be? Just wondered! Thanks!

just send a direct link to the picture from lost-media. We do not hotlink--I believe Enchirito places the picture in LVI--if you were planing on making your own picture you may have to add it to photobucket and try to make it the same size as the pictures on LVI. I could be talking out of my ass here-it happens-laura

One of these days I'll get brave and submit something. Probably. Maybe. Well, I'll think it over a little more and get back to y'all on the subject...

Glad you asked!
LAURA is 100% right. Just send us a link to a pic. I will re-size it and upload it to LVI. We do not hotlink any of our images. I just prefer you use one from Lost-media since they are the correct aspect ratio for the pic size we use on LVI. If you want to make your own I'd suggest starting with an image from Lost-midea and adding to it. That way it will be the right size for LVI.
