Really like your vid. 
Good choice for the song, il really enjoyed it ( i'm a fan of Aerosmith since Armageddon and "I don't want to miss a thing", and I love how Santana plays in this song) |

Cute vid! 
Just two little suggestions for your next vid:
1.) The flash transitions are a bit "off beat", if you know what I mean. You should try working with the markers when using Vegas. They helped me a lot in improving my beat use skills. In the video / audio track window, simply press "m" whenever you "discover" a change in the beat and you can then easily adjust your clips to the beat of a song. It will look a bit chaotic with all those markers at first, but you'll get used to it quickly, I'm sure. Believe me, markers are a vidder's best friends.
2.) Try to use shorter clips and try to avoid using slow-mo, unless the song is a really slow ballad. This song here has still too much beat and is too fast for slow-mo, IMO.
Otherwise, it's a good first Vegas vid tho!
